Lucia Blanáriková is looking for a Design Director role. She is particularly drawn to multidisciplinary studios where packaging design is just one part of a holistic creative practice. Open to client-side roles for purpose-first brands.

Lucia is passionate about working with brands that put sustainability at the core—including those in natural products, food, drinks, cosmetics, eco-conscious goods, surf culture, pet products, cabin houses, restaurants, music, festivals, art, pop-ups, sport, and spatial design and more.

She thrives in roles where she can shape brand strategy, craft compelling narratives, and contribute to the long-term vision and positioning of a brand. With a strategic mindset, a human-centered approach, and a sharp eye for detail, Lucia builds thoughtful, resonant brands from the ground up.

Open to roles in London / Hybrid / Remote / roles close to the seaside, the ocean would be considered too :)

We need help to archive, upkeep and enhance our database of guests and members. Anyone who can give 1 hour per month towards this would be making a great impact in the team.
